本机型适合纯棉、涤纶、腈纶、尼龙、羊毛、麻等纱线的漂染。本系列机型是创新设计结构紧凑以及节能高级的筒子纱染色机相同加热面积条件下独特设计的热交换器能实现加热和冷却的效果。

主泵和热交换器结构紧凑,无热量损失能提高染液流动的效率。
与常规染色机相比,此机整体管路布置简单,能节约空间约25%。因管路更短可实现1:4~5的极低水比。
特别设计的纱架允许在有限空间排列最大数量的纱竹。精确的流量控制使细纱到粗纱的处染均可达到优质效果。
变频器控制主泵马达提供无级流量控制节省启动和减载运行时的能耗。
缩短工艺时间:顺畅均匀的液流和染液的高交换率加速了主要工艺过程,使染液循环周期大幅缩短。
色泽均匀换向不停顿增加了循环次数提高染色均匀度。
